If arriving after hours, or nominating someone else to collect keys on your behalf, you will be required to complete a Guest Agreement form.
If the completed Guest Agreement form passes our validity requirements, we will send you instructions to Lock Box, located at 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
If your completed Guest Agreement form doespass our Validation requirements, or issubmitted by office close time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and no refunds will be given.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
