The staff at BIG4 Beachcomber Coconut Holiday Park can provide practical and local advice of things to do and see and the property can provide a complimentary tour booking service.The endangered Southern Cassowary bird is a regular visitor to the park, allowing guests to take a close look at this beautiful creature.

Accommodation is available forbudgets, some of them on the beach front and many with views of the beach. Ranging from unpowered camping accommodation to 2-bedroom spa villas, the entire park is nestledthe tropical award winning gardens.

Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant or visit the kiosk which are both open every day at the property. You can play tennis at the property, and the area is popular for horse riding. A range of activities are offered in the area, such as snorkelling, diving and fishing.

The property is located a 2 hour drive south of Cairns and a 3 hour drive north of Townsville.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

The park kioskcafe is open 7 days from 07:00 until 19:00.

Villa - 2 Bedroom. This spacious 2 bedroom villa has an en suite bathroom and separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with open plan loungedining. TVDVD, air conditioning, undercover parking and a large deck with outdoor setting. ;
Shack (Studio). The same as the Beachfront Shacks but located one row back and with a beach glimpse, this accommodation is just moments from the shore of South Mission beach and the package includes full use ofpark facilities. This cabin features a kitchenette with microwave, TV, air conditioning and a patio area with outdoor setting. Bathroom facilities and the park kioskcafe are located close by. Other facilities,in the gardens include the swimming pool, playground, games room, tennis and basketball. BBQs and laundry are on site. ;
Beachfront Villa - 2 Bedroom. Featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned villa consists of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The well-fitted kitchen features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven. A seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and a patio are provided in this villa.
